Samsung Washing Machine Leaking – Surfers Paradise Repair

A customer in Surfers Paradise contacted ISB Electrical because their Samsung washing machine was leaking water onto the floor during the cycle. The customer noticed water pooling near the front of the machine.

Problem

The Samsung washing machine was leaking during operation. Water was running onto the floor and the customer was concerned about possible damage to the appliance and surrounding area.

Diagnosis

After inspection, we checked the hoses, pump area, seals and internal plumbing connections. The leak was traced to a faulty water path component inside the machine that was allowing water to escape during the wash cycle.

Repair

We diagnosed the leaking fault, confirmed the failed component and advised the customer on the required repair. After identifying the source of the water leak, a repair plan was prepared to return the Samsung washing machine to proper working condition.
