A customer in Hope Island contacted ISB Electrical because their Bosch dishwasher was showing an E24 error code and was not draining properly. Water remained inside the machine after every cycle.

Problem

The Bosch dishwasher displayed E24 error and stopped before completing the wash cycle. Dirty water remained in the bottom of the tub and the customer could not use the dishwasher normally.

Diagnosis

After inspection, we checked the drain pump, drain hose, filter system and sink connection. The E24 fault was caused by a blocked drainage path and restricted water flow preventing proper draining. Creared wash motor and removed some food wasteand plastic pieses.

Repair

We cleared the blockage, cleaned the drain system and tested the appliance. After repair, the Bosch dishwasher drained correctly and the E24 error was fully resolved.
