A customer in Biggera Waters contacted ISB Electrical because their Asko dishwasher suddenly stopped working. The machine would not start properly and the customer could not complete normal washing cycles.

Problem

The Asko dishwasher had power, but it stopped during operation and would not continue the program. The customer noticed the dishwasher was unresponsive and dishes were left unwashed.

Diagnosis

After inspection, we checked the power supply, door lock, drain system, circulation pump and main control board. The fault was traced to the main control board, preventing the dishwasher from running correctly.

Repair

We diagnosed the problem and advised the customer on the required repair. After identifying the faulty component, a repair plan was prepared to restore full dishwasher operation. Anew PCB was ordered and replaced
