Fault Found

Repair Completed

The foreign objects were removed from the drain pump. The pump area was cleared, and the drain system was checked to make sure water could flow correctly through the machine.

After clearing the drain pump, the Whirlpool washing machine was tested through the drain stage and cycle operation. The machine drained correctly after the obstruction was removed.
