Fault Found

The dishwasher was not cleaning properly because the diverter valve and spray arms were restricted. Water was not being distributed correctly through the spray arms, reducing wash pressure and leaving dishes dirty after the cycle.

A restricted diverter valve can stop water from being directed properly between wash zones, while blocked spray arm holes prevent water from spraying evenly around the dishwasher cabinet.

Repair Completed

The diverter valve was cleared, and the spray arms were removed, cleaned and checked. Blockages and restrictions were cleared from the spray arm jets to restore proper water flow during the wash cycle.

After cleaning the diverter valve and spray arms, the dishwasher was tested again. Water circulation improved, and the dishwasher was able to spray water correctly through the cabinet.
