Fault Found

The DishDrawer was not draining water completely because the rotor motor area and drain hose were restricted. Water could not leave the drawer properly, causing the machine to stop in the middle of the cycle and show flashing lights.

If water remains inside the DishDrawer during the drain stage, the appliance may stop the program to protect itself and alert the customer with flashing lights or beeping.

Repair Completed

The rotor motor area was cleared and the drain hose was cleaned to restore proper water flow through the drain system.

After clearing the restriction, the DishDrawer was tested through the drain stage. Water drained correctly, and the machine was checked for normal cycle operation.
