Fault Found

Repair Required

The weak shock absorbers required replacement. After replacing the shock absorbers, the washing machine should be tested through a full wash and spin cycle to confirm the drum remains stable and the machine completes the spin stage correctly.

The customer was advised not to keep using the machine while it is shaking heavily, as repeated excessive vibration can damage the cabinet, tub, door seal, drum support, motor and other internal components.
