Problem

The Hisense refrigerator was running, but the cooling performance was poor. The fridge section was warm and the customer was worried about food spoilage and possible compressor failure.

Diagnosis

After inspection, we checked the compressor, evaporator fan, thermostat and control board. The fault was traced to the cooling system, causing the refrigerator to lose proper temperature control.

Repair

We diagnosed the cooling fault and advised the customer on the required repair. After identifying the failed cooling component, a repair plan was prepared to restore normal fridge operation. We replaced double defrost sensor, which resistance did not shows proper readings.
