LG Washing Machine Not Draining – Varsity Lakes Repair

A customer in Varsity Lakes contacted ISB Electrical because their LG washing machine was not draining water at the end of the cycle. Clothes were left soaking wet and the machine would not complete the program correctly.

Problem

The LG washing machine was washing normally but failed to drain the water before spinning. The customer noticed standing water inside the drum and incomplete wash cycles.

Diagnosis

After inspection, we checked the drain pump, drain hose, pump filter and internal drainage system. The fault was traced to a blocked drain pump area that was preventing proper water removal.

Repair

We cleaned the blockage, checked the drainage path and tested the machine. After repair, the LG washing machine drained correctly and completed the full cycle normally.
