A customer in Southport contacted ISB Electrical because their Fisher & Paykel Double DishDrawer was not working properly and both drawers were flashing lights and beeping.

Problem

Both DishDrawer display panels were flashing and the dishwasher was beeping. The customer reported that the appliance would not operate correctly.

Diagnosis

After inspection, we found that the main power control board was faulty. This caused the dishwasher to stop functioning properly and triggered the flashing light fault.
