Electrolux Dryer Not Heating – Helensvale Repair

A customer from Helensvale contacted ISB Electrical because their Electrolux dryer was running normally but not producing any heat. Clothes were still wet at the end of the cycle and drying times had become much longer.

Problem

The Electrolux dryer was turning and operating, but there was no heat inside the drum. The customer noticed the appliance was completing cycles without drying the load properly.

Diagnosis

After inspection and electrical testing, we checked the heating element, thermostats and wiring. We found that the main power control board was not sending voltage to the heater, which caused the no-heating fault.

Repair

We carried out full fault diagnosis and confirmed the heater circuit itself was intact. The issue was traced to the main control board. After advising the customer, the dryer repair plan was prepared so the appliance could be returned to normal heating operation.
