Fault Found

The fault was caused by foreign objects stuck inside the drain pump. The objects had jammed the pump and caused the pump to fail.

Because the drain pump was damaged, the dishwasher could not remove water from the sump area. This caused water to remain inside the dishwasher at the end of the cycle.

Repair Completed

The faulty drain pump was replaced. After replacement, the dishwasher was tested through the drain stage to confirm the water was pumping out correctly.

After testing, the Euromaid dishwasher drained properly and completed the cycle without water remaining inside the cabinet. The customer was advised to regularly clean the filter and check for small items that may fall into the sump area.
