LG Washing Machine Not Draining – Robina Repair

A customer in Robina contacted ISB Electrical because their LG washing machine was not draining water properly. Water remained inside the drum and clothes were left wet at the end of the cycle.
Problem
The LG washing machine started the cycle but failed to drain before spinning. The machine could not complete the program correctly and the load stayed very wet.
Diagnosis
After inspection, we checked the drain pump, pump filter, drain hose and internal drainage path. The fault was traced to a restricted drain system affecting proper water removal.
Repair
We cleared the drainage restriction, replaced the water pump and tested the machine. After repair, the LG washing machine drained correctly and completed the full cycle normally.
