Hisense Washing Machine Not Draining – Robina Repair

A customer in Robina contacted ISB Electrical because their Hisense washing machine was not draining properly and was making a loud noise during the spin cycle. The machine would stop with water inside and clothes still wet.
Problem
The washing machine was not draining and produced unusual noise during spin. This indicated a possible obstruction or issue in the drain pump system.
Diagnosis
During inspection, we checked the drain pump, filter housing and hoses. The source of the noise and drainage problem was identified inside the drain pump assembly.
Repair
A necklace chain was found stuck inside the drain pump, restricting the pump impeller and preventing proper water drainage. The obstruction was removed, the system was cleaned and tested.
After repair, the washing machine drained correctly and completed the spin cycle without noise.
