Problem

The washing machine powered on and attempted to start, but no water entered the drum. This prevented the wash cycle from progressing.

Diagnosis

We checked the water supply, inlet hoses, filters and internal components. The fault was traced to a faulty dual water inlet valve that was not allowing water to flow into the machine.

Repair

The faulty dual water inlet valve was replaced. After installation and testing, the washing machine filled correctly and completed full wash cycles without issues.
