Beko Dishwasher Not Draining – Parkwood Repair

A customer in Parkwood contacted ISB Electrical because their Beko dishwasher was not draining properly. Water remained at the bottom of the dishwasher after every cycle and dishes were not being cleaned correctly.

Problem

The Beko dishwasher completed the wash cycle but failed to remove dirty water. Standing water remained inside the machine and the customer could not use the dishwasher normally.

Diagnosis

After inspection, we checked the filter system, drain hose, pump impeller and drain pump. The main problem was a faulty water pump, and the drain system also required full cleaning.

Repair

We replaced the faulty water pump, cleared the full drain system and tested the dishwasher. After repair, the dishwasher drained correctly and returned to normal operation.
