Problem

The washing machine would sometimes stop after a few minutes or in the middle of the cycle. The customer reported intermittent AE and PE error codes.

Diagnosis

After inspection and testing, we found the problem was related to the water level sensing system and associated electrical components. This caused the machine to stop and display fault codes.

Repair
